Following six months of fundamental restructuring, extension and renovation, the Parkhotel Igls has successfully reopened. Under the leitmotiv ‘Health is Central‘ , the Parkhotel Igls is set to become a leading new force in the FX Mayr Health Movement. A brand new pool-complex, a new Spa and luxurious suites are just a few elements of the new Parkhotel Igls, where a highly experienced medical team and friendly hotel staff look forward to new beginnings. The hotel’s well established regular clientele will be joined by a new generation of Baby Boomers seeking a MOT Stop and ‘time out’ from stressful lives, having taken a conscious decision to aim for a better quality of life.
The Parkhotel Igls is a centre for nutrition, exercise and regeneration based on the Modern Mayr Medicine. A light diet, an individual exercise plan and the pioneering combination of conventional and alternative medicine ensures success lasting well beyond the stay. The suggested set of four treatment modules can be modified and tailored to individual requirements and is constantly supervised by the in-house medical team, which also works in close cooperation with the University Hospital Innsbruck. Therapies are based on detoxification, stress induced tension, chronic posture problems, eating disorders, weight reduction, burn-out, allergies and chronic breathing disorders.
The Parkhotel Igls is widely known as the House in the Park, indeed all 45 rooms and 6 suites offer balconies overlooking the magnificent park with mature lime trees and birches as well as sweeping views over the Tyrolean Alps. Guests can relax and unwind in light, spacious lounges and public areas, retire to reading corners or spend active time in the gym and exercising room. We serve well balanced, fresh and carefully prepared dishes – tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
